Returns

We have a generous return policy for a small business as we treat you the way we want to be treated. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your order date. Undergarments, holiday and perishable items are final sale. 

Within 7 days of receiving your goodies, please email tammy@polishedapproach.com to initiate your return and we will confirm your return is eligible. 

To return or exchange an item, first the item must have the original tags attached to the garment being returned/exchanged as well as the original packaging. Please include a copy of your purchase invoice, which are sent to your email and also stored in your account on both the dashboard polishedapproach.commentsold.com and your app. Be sure it has your name, order date and order #. If this info is not included, we can not process your request. Simply let us know on that paper the reason for the return. You can return within that 2 week window for ANY reason! You're allowed to change your mind!

You are responsible for return shipping cost to us if you elect to return an item.

Once the item is received, know returns are processed in the order they are received. We process all returns/exchanges by Fridays. All returns will receive a refund via the payment method in which you used. It's your money, you decide how you want to spend it with NO restrictions, NO limitations!
