Pick Up & Shipping

We ship SUPER Fast! We ship within 12 hours of you paying for your order, even Amazon doesn't do that!

We work hard for you all week so items ordered Friday mornings are considered weekend orders and processed, pulled, packaged & shipped on Monday.

Shipping is per order (not item) and is dependant on your location. You pay exact shipping. We offer free shipping all month long. To qualify for free shipping all you have to do is spend $100 from the 1st-3rd of every month on our app or at polishedapproach.commentsold.com.
If you qualify you will receive an email including a coupon code with MUST be added to each order.

Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade to priority mail shipping. 

Pick Ups are located at our NEW store front! 8010 Hog Neck Road Suite 100 Pasadena, MD 21122. Our hours are Monday-Friday 10AM-7PM, Saturday and Sunday 10AM-4PM.

Local ladies, please be courteous! We have a HUGE local following and we offer pick up as a courtesy to you. Please pick up within 48 hours of your purchase as we do not have the space for packages to accumulate. We will tag you in our group polishedapproachposse.com when your item is ready to be picked up. Orders from the previous day/night are available for pick up the very next day as long as it is not a preorder.

Custom/preorders take time to fabricate. Typically 2 weeks from the time the full order is placed with the supplier to the time it is delivered to Polished Approach. Then shipped within 48hrs of receiving it.  We will always post updates in our Facebook group and/or page as information is shared with us from our suppliers.

Preorders, estimated date expected are posted on each item and regular updates will be posted in our Facebook group and/or page.
